Seated Massage for Family and Friends
Massaging shoulders, neck and back is one of the most common ways we share touch with those we are not intimate with as well as those we are. It is a way to encourage relaxation, reduce pain or give comfort. In this hands-on class we demonstrate specific techniques then guide you through practicing them on others. This is an excellent introductory class for any of the other touch classes we offer or as a stand-alone guide to giving better touch to those you care about.
